He began his career directing music videos for major labels like Republic Records, Big Noise, Fearless Records, Rise Records and Lava Records. His work soon expanded into digital storytelling for Netflix original series and branded content.

His production work led him to Zambezi, an award-winning creative agency, where he is a staff producer helping bring campaigns to life for brands such as TaylorMade Golf, Health-Ade Kombucha, Jinx Dog Food, and UKG. In 2023, Dustin brought his visual storytelling to the big screen as Director of Photography for the sci-fi horror feature Motion Detected, marking his debut in long-form narrative filmmaking.

Outside the world of film, Dustin fronts the alt-rock band Jeff From Work, whose debut album Overtime was released in 2023.

Equal parts filmmaker and agency producer, Dustin thrives at the intersection of culture, content, and commercial storytelling.
